Clinical Supervision

I am a Washington State Licensed Supervisor. I love working with new clinicians and helping them grow and develop their skills. My focus as a supervisor is 3 tiered:

• Therapist as a person

• Theoretical framework

• Theoretical clinical application

My strength as a supervisor is in helping new clinicians codify their own voice and orientation, while supporting them to develop best practices. I have been fortunate to have had varied experiences working in group practice structures, as well as solo practice both with and without navigating insurance, which allow me to support new clinicians in a variety of different practice settings.
